Wining and Dining at the Sunny Brae Hotel, Nairn
Sunny Brae Hotel restaurant has been recommended by Eat Scotland in recognition of an excellent standard of food, service and ambience'. We are also recommended by a taste-of-Scotland.com (read an extract from our entry) and Natural Cooking of Scotland schemes.
The menus are all personally overseen by Sylvia, and are carefully prepared from quality selected local produce and the finest fresh seafood.
Sylvia's secret lies in giving the seasons carte blanche to dictate the bill of fare. Inspired by the freshness of the raw materials, she then transforms them into delicacies.
Using the very best ingredients from local suppliers, she adds the pick of the bunch of Scottish produce, spoils and often surprises the guests with innovative compositions. Subject to season, naturally!
Pre- dinner wine lovers can browse through our wine list which lists over 100 bins where we are confident everyone will find a wine to compliment their meal. For after dinner we have an excellent selection of liquers and a malt whisky list which at last count had over 100 entries.
