Cuisine at Sunny Brae Hotel
We have been awarded 3 medallions by VisitScotland (the Scottish Tourist Board) ‘in recognition of an excellent standard of food, service and ambience’.

Sunny Brae enjoys membership of The Taste of Scotland (read an extract from our entry) and Natural Cooking of Scotland schemes.

The menus are all personally overseen by Sylvia, and are carefully prepared from quality selected local produce and the finest fresh seafood.

Sylvia’s secret lies in giving the seasons carte blanche to dictate the bill of fare. Inspired by the freshness of the raw materials, she then transforms them into delicacies.

Using the very best ingredients from local suppliers, she adds the pick of the bunch of Scottish produce, spoils and often surprises the guests with innovative compositions. Subject to season, naturally!

The menu changes daily. Special diets are catered for if prior notice is given.
